Straight centrifugal mill




On the basis of the traditional grinder ,Straight Centrifugal Grinding mill are designed to grind thick powder to meet the requirements of the customer. And it has fufilled the customer for the mixed materials of thin degree with the finished product below 3mm .

Technical Advantages

1. Energy-saving : the amount of the energy consumption which the Straight Centrifugal grinder’s blower consuming is only 6% of mill ,but Raymond mill is 81% .In addition ,the consumed energy when the spiller slides the stone occupies 25% of the whole energy ,but straight centrifugal grinder has no such consumption .

2. High efficient: With the same condition, the grinding roller of Straight Centrifugal Grinder can cover an area of 2.3 times larger than Raymond mill’s .

3. High usage rate : Grinding roller and grinding ring of Raymond mill are sunken in middle parts ,so the metal amount of the discharged part is only 35% of original weight ,but material in straight Centrifugal Grinder fall from top to bottom ,so the metal amount can reach as high as 65%.

4. Accident insurance : if bolt or iron ore falls into the Raymond mill ,this will conduce to breaking shovel and roller suspender transmutation . while in Straight Centrifugal Grinder ,such condition will not appear .

5. Well using against high hardness and hard-process material : as for some high-rigidity material ,such as carcarborundum,corundum,zirconium,the output will fall down because that the grinding roller and grinding ring of Raymond mill are sunken in the middle parts .But in Straight Centrifugal Grinder, it skives material up and down equably ,so the output shows much more stabilization.

6. Wet production : water is allowed using in Straight Centrifugal Grinder.

7. Occupation area is small: It does not need to allocate whirlwind separator and a lot of pipelines .etc, so the occupation of land space is small.

Working Principle

1. The speed reducer ,which is installed on the main machine ,makes the central axis rotate through shaft coupling .The rollers ,which are hanging on the hanger roll with the central axis ,roll around the inside of the ring .

2. The materials fall on to the the dispersing materials plate and then be evenly sent in the spare between the roller and ring along the circle.After being grinded into the right size ,they are discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the machine .
