SCM series super thin mill




On the basis of our company’s production experience for decades of years and adoption of the advanced mechinical manufacturing technology from Sweden , SCM series super-micro mill has been developed into a new type of processing equipment ,which produces thin powder and super thin powder. Main Structures

The standard configuration of SCM series super-micro mill consists of main unit, classifier, double cyclone collectors, pulsed filter,blower,motor, pipes and muffler. And the optional accessories include hammer crusher ,elevator ,feeder ,and controling cabinet.

Structure Features

1. High capacity and Low consumption : the capacity of SCM series super-micro mill ,campared with that of jet mill and mixing mill ,has been improved by 40% under the same final fineness and electric power .

2. High fineness and Flexible adjustment : the final fineness can be adjusted from 325 meshes to 2500 meshes according to the requirements ,and the fineness can reach D97≤5um.

3. Trustworthy security : there is no rolling bearing and bolt in the mill chamber ,therefore ,the bearing and sealing elements will not wear out easily ,and the bolts will not loose to make damage to the equipment.

4. Clean and environment-friendly : equipped with the pulse filter and sound absorber ,the mill reaches the environment-friendly standard of our country’s and reduces the dust and noise greatly.

Working Principle

1. The main motor drives the main axle and every layer to rotate by reducer. Dail drives numbers of rollers to roll and rotate in the ring by pintles.

2. Big materials are crushed into smaller particles by hammer crusher. Then they are sent to store house by elevator. The electro-magnetic vibrating feeder send the materials evenly to the middle of the upper dial. Under the function of the eccentricity, the materials scatter to the side of the circle and fall into the ring and then they will be pressed, crushed and milled into pieces by rollers. After the first crush, materials fall into the second and the third layer. The pumping of the high-pressure centrifugal blower put the outside air into the machine. The coarse powder will be brought into the classifier.

3. The rotating turbine in the collector makes the coarse particles fall back for regrinding. The fine particles will come into the cyclone collector with the airflow and will be discharged by the discharging valve on the bottom of the collector. They are the final products. The airflow with little dust will be discharged through blower and muffler after being purified by the cyclone collector.
